31245 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Local Government: How much in total, if any, was spent on renumeration of Crown appointees in the Minister's departments, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, for the 2025-26 financial year?

Hon Simon Watts: The Water Services Authority has a Crown-appointed Board Māori Advisory Group. The remuneration of the members is set as per the Cabinet Fees Framework [CO(25)2]. The total cost of WSA members’ remuneration was $190,136 for the 2025/26 financial year. The total cost of Local Government Commissioners’ remuneration was $57,626.62 for the 2025/26 financial year.
