Hon Nicole McKee: I refer the member to Table 1, attached which shows the number of decisions released by the Immigration and Protection Tribunal by appeal type. I am advised the Ministry of Justice (the Ministry) collates data on the number of cases where decisions have been released, rather than the number of decisions released. I can advise the member that that the Ministry does not record decisions by outcome or decisions by country of origin of the appellant.
