31214 (2025). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does Health New Zealand capture and categorise the reasons why staff leave employment; if so, what categories do those reasons breakdown into and if not, why not?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that it is not compulsory for Health New Zealand staff to provide a reason when they leave employment.
