31206 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister believe that Powerswitch was a "free and independent service" for consumers?

Hon Scott Simpson: I understand this was, in part, funded by the Electricity Authority via the Energy Portfolio. But from a Consumer point of view, yes it was free and independent.
