Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised DPMC spent a total of $16,745 on the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in the 2025/26 financial year.
