Hon Simon Watts: At COP28 New Zealand worked with a wide range of countries at Ministerial, Head of Delegation, and negotiator level. These included formal and informal meetings with Ministerial counterparts (including Umbrella Group and High Ambition Coalition countries) and the COP28 President to push for increased ambition in the outcome of the global stocktake. The huddle referred to occurred at the COP28 venue and related to the outcome of the global stocktake.
