31112 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How much, if any, have the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted for the carbon neutral government programme in the 2026/27 financial year?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice has budgeted $18,585 for the Carbon Neutral Government Programme in 2026/27, comprising $10,585 for an emissions audit, $2,000 for an annual waste audit at the Justice Centre, and $6,000 to renew the Justice Centre’s NABERS tenancy rating. I am advised that the answer is nil for Crown Entities.
