31108 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How much, if any, did the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spend on the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025/26 financial year?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: In the 2024/25 financial year the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade spent approximately NZ$147,000 in relation to the carbon neutral government programme, and Antarctica New Zealand spent NZ$28,228, The Asia New Zealand Foundation is not a mandated participant in the Carbon Neutral Government Programme.
