31076 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How much, if any, have the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted for the carbon neutral government programme in the 2026/27 financial year?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade has budgeted for, and forecasts expenditure of, approximately NZ$165,650 in relation ot the carbon neutral government programme in the 2026/27 financial year. Antarctica New Zealand has budgeted NZ$28,851 for the programme in 2026/27. The Asia New Zealand Foundation is not a mandated participant in the Carbon Neutral Government Programme and has therefore not budgeted for programme-related expenditure.
