Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister of Climate Change: Is the Minister transferring questions related to the carbon emissions impact of his Government's policies to other ministerial portfolios, and if so, does he not think it is his role as Climate Change Minister to be assessing policies for the carbon emissions they will create or reduce?

Hon Simon Watts: I intend to transfer questions that more closely relate to the portfolio responsibilities of other Ministers to those Ministers. I have also had a number of questions transferred to me that more closely relate to my portfolio responsibilities.
