31007 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 25824 (2026), how many, if any, of the 593 Kāinga Ora homes across 20 council areas where processing timeframes for resource consents have not been met within the statutory periods set out in the Resource Management Act 1991 were to be delivered after 30 June 2027?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that of the 593 homes referred to in my answer to WPQ 25824 (2026), 187 dwellings were to be delivered in 2026/27, 406 dwellings in 2025/26, and none in 2027/28. This is also my answer to WPQs 31016 and 31024 (2026).
