31000 (2023). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister of Climate Change: When he said "we need to start getting on and and putting those chargers in place so the Kiwis can enjoy the benefit, hopefully," what was he referring to by "hopefully"?

Hon Simon Watts: I was referring to my hope that this infrastructure will be available as soon as possible so that Kiwis can enjoy the benefit.
