30901 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What contingency plans, if any, are in place if the Rotorua Lakes Council or participating Community Housing Providers experience project delays or cost overruns in delivering the 150 social housing homes announced for Rotorua?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development will use its standard contracting processes which include options for cancellation of funding along with other remedies for non-performance.
