30899 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many of the 189 homes announced for Rotorua on 15 June 2025, if any, will be designed to be fully accessible for disabled residents or specifically tailored for kaumātua housing?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development does not require providers to have a minimum number of accessible places in new housing developments.
