30896 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: What formal mechanisms have been established to include iwi and hapū in the governance and oversight of the 189 new homes announced for Rotorua on 15 June 2025, if any?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that the 39 affordable and 150 social housing places form part of the Rotorua District Council’s Rotorua Housing Plan that has an Advisory Group which consists of local iwi and hapū.
