30885 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: What independent or non-government sources are included in the housing deprivation insights he receives, if any?

Hon Tama Potaka: I receive the Homelessness Insights report from my officials at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development which is a collation of a range of data and observational reports, particularly non-government entities. The December Homelessness report included information from Auckland Housing First Collective, Takiri Mai, The Salvation Army, the Lower Hutt Housing Network, Downtown Community Ministries, the People’s Project, as well as Wellington City Council and Greater Wellington Regional Homelessness hui.
