30848 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Regarding reply 24463 (2025), how much in dollar terms was the cost of all redundancy processes initiated by the Minister's department between 27 November 2023 and 22 May 2025?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that between 27 November 2023 and 22 May 2025 the cost of all redundancy processes initiated was $20,290,682.71. The cost of all redundancy processes includes redundancy compensation and the costs associated with outplacement support. Outplacement support was available for people in positions that were disestablished.
