30836 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: Does the Education Review Office and/or the Ministry of Education review Certificates of Exemption for families who fail to return a signed Home Education Declaration; if not, why not?

Hon Erica Stanford: No, a Certificate of Exemption cannot be reviewed because a declaration for the allowance is not completed. I refer the Member to written parliamentary question 30834 (2025).
