30834 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Minister of Education: How many, if any Home Educators have had their Certificate of Exemption reviewed due to not completing a Home Education Declaration in 2024?

Hon Erica Stanford: A review cannot be prompted by non-completion of the declaration. The declaration relates specifically, and only, to the payment of the allowance. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 30835 and 30837 (2025).
