30807 (2023). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Resources: In relation to Reply 30036 (2023), are all Annual Summary Report provided by each individual permit or licence holder publicly available, if not, why not?

Hon Shane Jones: Annual Summary Reports are not proactively released by MBIE but are subject to the Official Information Act 1982 and subpart 6 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
