30801 (2023). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Resources: Has he discussed making changes to existing decommissioning regulations for offshore oil and gas installations, if so, who, when, where, through what medium, and did he commit to making changes to the regulations within this term of government?

Hon Shane Jones: I have used my weekly meeting with officials to ask MBIE to provide me with advice on whether there should be any changes to the decommissioning regime in response to sector concerns about aspects of the regime.
