30770 (2026). Hon Carmel Sepuloni to the Minister for Economic Growth: What contracts, if any, does the Ministry for Business, Innovation, and Employment have for translating Pacific languages, by vendor, value of the contract, and when it was signed?

Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment does not have any contracts specifically for translating Pacific languages. Translation services are sourced either through the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) or directly from approved service providers. Where interpretation services are required, these are accessed through the Language Assistance Services Programme, administered by the Ministry for Ethnic Communities.
