30764 (2025). Shanan Halbert to the Minister for Vocational Education: Is the Minister confident that the transition away from Te Pūkenga will be met within baseline spending and has she received any advice that suggests otherwise, by date and title?

Hon Penny Simmonds: Based on advice to date Te Pūkenga and TEC are able to meet the costs of transition within their baseline and the contingency that was established in Budget 2024 for this purpose.
