Hon Penny Simmonds: I have received the following advice: • 3 June 2024: Vocational education and training reforms – Revised consultation document and further advice • 29 October 2024: Treaty of Waitangi/ Tiriti o Waitangi considerations for VET redesign In addition, the Ministry has provided three Regulatory Impact Statements which Te Tiriti o Waitangi analysis.
