30709 (2025). Shanan Halbert to the Minister for Vocational Education: Further to the Minister’s answer to Oral Question Number 11 on the 5th June 2025, how have Te Pūkenga “improved enormously their financial situation”?

Hon Penny Simmonds: There are several causes of Te Pūkenga considerably improving its financial situation over the past year. These include: - Te Pūkenga ceasing all planned centralisation activity and reducing the size of its head office. - Financial improvement initiatives being undertaken in each ITP business division to move towards financial sustainability. - Growth in domestic and international enrolments.
