Hon David Seymour: The Ministry of Education advised that, during the week of 29 June 2026, one supplier served the same lunch twice at one school, while another supplier served the same lunch twice at two schools. Information regarding meals served to internal and iwi/hapū model schools is not available at the time of this request.
