30658 (2023). Arena Williams to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Does the Minister have confidence that Directors of Public Finance Act 1989 Schedule 4A companies are adhering to the Code of Conduct issued by the Public Service Commissioner per section 17(3) of the Public Service Act 2020.

Hon Paul Goldsmith: Yes, for the Public Finance Act 1989 Schedule 4A companies that the State Owned Enterprises portfolio is responsible for. I have not received any reports or been advised of any concerns that the directors of these companies are not complying with the Public Service Commissioner’s Code of Conduct.
