30655 (2025). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister responsible for Ministerial Services: Is it a requirement in any Ministerial Services employment contract to disclose interactions with Police?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: Ministerial Services advise that all staff employed are required to inform their Manager if any charges are laid against them, or of any conviction or breach of trust that may discredit the Department of Internal Affairs (as set out in the Code of Conduct).
