Arena Williams to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises: Does the Minister have confidence that Directors of Public Finance Act 1989 Schedule 4A companies are adhering to honesty requirement of the Code of Conduct issued by the Public Service Commissioner per section 17(3) of the Public Service Act 2020, which requires, inter-alia, that Directors "act with honesty and with high standards of professional and personal integrity".
