30629 (2025). Hon Jenny Salesa to the Associate Minister of Police: What actions, if any, has the Minister taken to continue implementing the Transnational Organised Crime in New Zealand Strategy since taking office?

Hon Casey Costello: I have directed a refresh of the Transnational Organised Crime Strategy (TNOC) and established the Transnational, Serious and Organised Crime Ministerial Advisory Group (TSOC MAG) that is conducting an independent review of the New Zealand response to Transnational, Serious and Organised Crime. The findings of the TSOC MAG will, in part, inform the refresh of the TNOC Strategy.
