30627 (2025). Hon Jenny Salesa to the Associate Minister of Police: Has the Minister received any advice on the risks and possible consequences, if any, of not adequately resourcing the Transnational Organised Crime Strategy 2020-2025; if so, what was the advice?

Hon Casey Costello: Yes, I have been advised by Police that the last year of dedicated funding for the Transnational Organised Crime Strategy is FY2025/26, and that the end of dedicating funding would impact the ability to deliver cross-government initiatives.
