30555 (2023). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister agree with updating "the Commerce Act and associated regulations to provide greater certainty around cost recovery for regulated infrastructure", and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received since 27 November 2023, on this, by title and date?

Hon Andrew Bayly: The Government intends to deliver all commitments in the coalition agreements and associated manifesto commitments. I have not yet received specific advice on this matter, but received some initial advice on suggested next steps on 11 December 2023 titled “Updating Part 4 of the Commerce Act”.
