30550 (2023). Hon Julie Anne Genter to the Minister of Transport: What advice, if any, has he received on any risk of failing to meet international obligations relating to emissions, by repealing the Clean Car discount?

Hon Simeon Brown: I received advice that the transport sector would still be on track to achieve its contribution towards achieving the first Emissions Budget period (2022-2025). The question of meeting international obligations is a matter for the Minister of Climate Change.
