Lan Pham to the Minister for the Environment: What advice, if any, has been produced by the Ministry for the Environment on the impact on regional council workloads and expenditure of replacing the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management 2020, as laid out in the coalition agreement between ACT and National?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have not yet requested or received any advice on the impact on regional council workloads and expenditure of replacing the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management 2020. The Government’s policy programme is as set out in the 100 day plan, 8 point plan and coalition documents. I will be receiving advice from officials in due course.
