Hon Simeon Brown: Introducing legislation to repeal the Water Services Entities Act 2022 is a commitment in the Coalition Government's 100-day plan. Under a Cabinet directive on the requirements of Regulatory Impact Assessments for policies subject to the 100-day plan, a Regulatory Impact Statement for legislation proposed to repeal Three Waters legislation may be completed and published.
