30364 (2023). Hon Julie Anne Genter to the Minister of Transport: Has he given a letter of expectation to the Secretary of Transport, and if so, what direction, if any, did it give on mode shift from private vehicles to walking and biking?

Hon Simeon Brown: I have discussed my expectations with the Chief Executive and senior officials from the Ministry of Transport, with an initial focus on our Coalition Government's 100-day plan. No Letter of Expectation has been provided.
