30360 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to reply 27653 (2026), can the Minister confirm whether any bidder was unable to raise full private financing without the Capital Crown Contribution that the reply says "reduced the amount of private debt required by each bidder"?

Hon Chris Bishop: No. It would not be in the public interest to disclose this information as it is commercially sensitive due to ongoing procurement and negotiation processes.
