Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to "create Land for Housing Growth Targets for every Tier 1 and 2 Council in New Zealand" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Going for Housing Growth’ document, and if so, will councils and agencies develop these targets together, or will it be one or the other?
