30357 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to reply 27647 (2026), if the estimates are "subject to ongoing work," when will that work conclude and will the Government publish its own projection of the project's share of Crown infrastructure spending to 2050?

Hon Chris Bishop: To clarify, the Government is not undertaking a separate projection of the Northland Corridor project’s share of Crown infrastructure spending to 2050. The ongoing work referred to in my previous answer relates to the final cost of the project, which, as advised in my reply to 27636 (2026), continues to be refined through detailed design and procurement processes.
