Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Does the Minister intend to "require Tier 1 and 2 councils to zone enough developable land (housing capacity) for housing to meet their 30-year long-term demand estimates, but make it available over the short-term, not long term" as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Going for Housing Growth’ document, and if so, when specifically, over the “short-term” will this land become available?
