30345 (2023). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for the Environment: Does the Minister intend to require Councils “to approve or decline consents for other types of water storage within two years of an application” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Primary Sector Growth Plan’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I intend to progress the priorities outlined in the Speech from the Throne and the coalition agreements that are relevant to my portfolio. I will be receiving advice from officials in due course.
