30324 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: What data source and reporting date underpins the Minister's claim that all children who exited emergency housing motels through the Priority One category went into social housing?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development uses administrative social housing register data to understand how many children moved from emergency housing into social housing through the Priority One category. Applicants for emergency housing are not, however, required to share the names of dependent children included in the grant.
