30303 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: How many people, if any, have moved into the 300 Housing First places announced in September 2025, as distinct from pre-existing places?

Hon Tama Potaka: As at Wednesday 8 July, 287 tenancies had commenced. A Further 12 properties have signed leases in place with tenancies expected to commence shortly. None of the 300 additional Housing First places were pre-existing.
