Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Further to reply 28728 (2026), of the 95 households (37%) recorded as leaving Immediate Access Transitional Housing "for a different unspecified reason", how many, if any, were known to be sleeping rough, in a vehicle, or otherwise without shelter at the point of exit?

Hon Tama Potaka: Households are under no obligation to tell MSD or providers where they are moving to when they leave the service (transitional housing).
