30248 (2023). Hon Dr Megan Woods to the Minister for Resources: Does the Minister agree with ACT’s Energy and Resources spokesperson Simon Court who said: "the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment found it would actually increase global emissions," in relation to the offshore oil and gas exploration ban, if so, what evidence does he have to support that view?
