Hon Shane Jones: I have received a weekly report update on the proposed framework between New Zealand and the United States on critical minerals each week since 1 May, except for the week of 8 June. A list of the proactively released documents I have received from MBIE is available on the MBIE website at https://www.mbie.govt.nz/about/open-government-and-official-information/release-of-information. I have not received other briefings during meetings with officials on this topic since 1 May.
