Hon Judith Collins: The GCSB and NZSIS work closely together with a number of shared enabling functions. The agencies co-locate where practicable, including at their head office in Wellington. This office is staffed to an appropriate level to achieve the agencies’ mandated functions. It is not in the public interest for me to provide further details.
