Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Minister for Science, Innovation and Technology: Further to his answer to written question 29398 (2026): were did the GNS Science official who accompanied Hon Shane Jones on his ministerial visit to Canada in March 2025 stay during this visit and what was the total cost of their accommodation?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised that two GNS Science staff accompanied Hon Shane Jones on a ministerial visit to Canada and stayed at the Cambridge Suites Toronto. The total cost of their accommodation was $6,815.96.
