Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: Since the current Ministry of Social Development staff performance framework was introduced, what reviews or evaluations, if any, has the Ministry undertaken into whether emergency housing performance measures have influenced staff decision-making or client outcomes?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development is regularly monitoring performance and the performance framework to ensure effective and timely services are delivered to clients. This is also my response to WPQ 30226 (2026).
