30197 (2026). Hon Marama Davidson to the Minister of Conservation: What correspondence, if any, has he received from Post Settlement Governance Entities on the Conservation Amendment Bill; listed by subject and sender?

Hon Tama Potaka: I recieve a lot of correspondence from Post Settlement Governance Entities (PSGEs) on a wide range of kaupapa. To identify, classify and list all such correspondence would impede the operation of my office which is not in the public interest. However, the Department of Conservation is working with PSGEs on how their Treaty settlement obligations can be met through the Conservation Amendment Bill as well as consulting with them on the content of the National Conservation Policy Statement.
